Internal and External Numbers
We all know what external numbers and mathematics is because we learned it as children in school. Internal numbers, termed in secret societies as Esoteric Numbers, and in Physics as Complex Numbers is a doctrine that deals with the significance of numbers in an internal reality.
Towards the end of our dialogue in the previous chapter, we saw how number patterns unlock all the unique atomic structures of what we call matter, and how we can know what kind of matter is being conveyed without ever seeing it, or touching it. We can know what type of matter we are dealing with by its numerical combination (atomic number). All it takes is intellect. And without intellect, there is no understanding of these things.
It is through a built-in program of the mind called intellect that we are able to imagine numbers. And the numbers we imagine complement our understanding on how things work around us. In fact, they complement so well, it almost seems numbers have a rooted existence in the reality we experience.
But we are certain that numbers are mere thoughts or ideas and do not have a physical concrete existence because; the concept of numbers is formulated through the sixth sense of intellect, which is the faculty of reasoning and understanding objectively. Thus, we imagine numbers to grasp a better understanding on how our universe works. And the mathematics we construct through these imagined numbers: multiplication, algebra, trigonometry, etc., does work well in most cases when calculating the physical universe.
Concerning our abstract numbers being containers of information in our external reality; the same stands true in our internal world. The internal world I am referencing is the world found in the Greek philosopher Plato’ concept of Idealism where mental abstracts (e.g. numbers) is the foundation of the external reality.
As I mentioned in the previous chapter in so many words: Idealism does not suggest that everything imagined is true. But rather, it suggests there is a relationship with the mind of man and the system at hand (the universe) where we receive the embedded information throughout our environment packaged wrapped in abstract numbers, e.g. knowing what type of atom is being conveyed through its number pattern (atomic number). This information is revealed to us through the conduit of intellect. And those without intellect, e.g. animals, cannot perceive.
For discussion on Idealism, see Chapter 2 under “Materialism and Idealism.”
QUANTITY AND QUALITY
The first thing the reader should understand concerning internal numbers is this: In this physical system we call reality and universe, numbers are observed in the sense of quantity. They describe procedure in a physical existence. But, as we shall see below, there are no numbers in internal reality. There is no procedure concerning numbers, there is no time, only the moment exist. Thus, when describing internal existence; our abstract number method is to be perceived in the sense of quality and character instead of quantity. Numbers perform work like algorithms describing the natural vibrations and frequency patterns in the physical realm. But in the interior realm of things, each number possesses its own character. Whereas in the physical, you may look at the number 1 as representing 1 item or 1 thing; in internal reality, the number 1 speaks volumes to the primary, the individual, and the unique.
Zero is the only Number
I will tell you of a truth: in the entire scheme of things, i.e. the Whole of Reality, there is no numbers in the sense of quantity. But rather, all numbers are summing up to the number 0.
In our external reality, the number 0 has no value; right? Wrong! I know this may sound mad and extreme at first. But nevertheless, it is of a truth and will be explained, plus proven with simplicity below.
TWO SIDED COIN OF LIFE
External reality and internal reality are two sides of the same coin. They are conceptual opposites. For an example on how opposite, note: what we term as 0 is truly non-corporeal. It is not only imaginary, but its defined existence makes it even absent from thought. In the physical realm, 0 is defined, not by its presence, but rather, by its absence (of numbers.)
Is it not the same with “blackness” (e.g. the blackness of space?) The blackness of space is defined as nothing, being defined by its absence of light.
Is it not also the same with “coldness” (e.g. the coldness of space?) It too is defined as nothing, being defined by its absence of heat.
With this same mindset, we humans suppose the number 0 is nothing, being the absence of numbers. Because cold black space has no seemingly relation to our physical environment other than being the absence of something we deem as real; like the number 0, we ignorantly assume space and its characteristics is nothing.
Concerning cold black space, we know from Albert Einstein’s Theory of General Relativity that space is an actual thing. Although non-corporeal in a sense, it is a very real thing that as far as Einstein’s Theory of General Relativity goes: twists, turns and bends. The entire chapter 7 of this book has been dedicated to the topic of space
Concerning the number 0: the absence of numbers, all our abstract numbers (every one of them) find their calculation (i.e. calculated sum) in the number 0. See below.

THE NUMBER LINE: POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE NUMBERS
THE NUMBER ZERO
In external mathematics, the number 0 is defined this way:
“Specifically: the number between the set of all negative numbers and the set of all positive numbers.”
“The arithmetical symbol denoting the absence of all magnitude or quantity”
“Zero” Merriam-Webster Dictionary
In external Number Theory, 0 is nothing representing that which has no value. But in internal Number Theory, as shown above with the Number Line of our Base Ten Numeric System, 0 is everything: for the sum of all numbers equal 0. The external world and internal world are opposites in this aspect. This is to say, external and internal reality are opposite sides of the same coin. Things will seem upside down as coming from internal concepts to external ones.
Let the reader understand, concerning the Whole of Reality, there is only one coin with two sides: an internal and external side. Through intellect, we are capable of measuring and calculating the coin. But we must examine both sides of the coin to find its true value. Just as in the number line above, we must calculate the “negative” and “positive” numbers to get the complete sum.
But instead, we, through intellect, coupled with self-centeredness, put measurements on, calculate and test one side of the coin (physical reality) by breaking it down into pieces according to our self-centered view, never being able to capture the Whole of Reality. Always learning, but never coming to the knowledge of the truth.
